The International Computer Driving Licence™ (ICDL) is an internationally recognised qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills.

ECDL Foundation (www.ecdl.com) is the global governing body of the world's leading end-user computer skills certification programme, European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), which is known as International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) outside Europe and right here in New Zealand.
